Membership Information

Annual Membership for 2010: $20.00
A paid Annual Membership offers the following benefits:
	1.	Eligibility to play on NetRippers teams.
	2.	Voting privileges.
	3.	Participation in the Portland Tournament either for free or at a reduced cost (TBD at time of Tournament).
	4.	Right of first refusal for club activities (such as ski weekends, teams for out of town tournaments, etc) that have limited spaces available.
	5.	One NetRippers FC t-shirt at a discount price of $5.00.
	6.	One NetRippers FC patch free of charge.
Practice Participant: $12/season
	1.	Seasons will be approximately March-May (Saturday mornings), June-August (Tuesday evenings), and September-November (Saturday mornings).
	2.	New participants will be allowed 2 practices before needing to pay for a season.

Non-Member Team Fee: $5/session
	1.	Applicable to any individual who has not paid the Annual Membership that is playing on any NetRippers team.
	2.	First $10 paid by an individual can be applied to the cost of an Annual Membership.

FAQ’s

How can I pay my dues?

You can give a check or cash to Mike, Lisa or Justin. If you pay cash, we will give you a receipt. We’re set up on PayPal as well through our website. (With PayPal fees, check/cash is preferred.) Please speak to your team’s manager in regards to the Non-Member Team Fee.

How long is a paid Annual Membership good for?

A paid membership will be valid through the end of 2010 and will need to be renewed at the start of 2011.

What if I start practicing in the middle of the season? Will I need to pay the full $12?

Nope! You will only have to pay a prorated amount for the remaining practices for that season.

Do I have to pay the Annual Membership to practice?

Nope! We highly encourage everyone to participate as much as possible with NetRippers FC. At the same time, we do want to offer soccer in a way that fits your needs and level of involvement.

I just became familiar with NetRippers by joining a team. Do I really need to pay an extra $5 my first time?

Nope! You are exempt from the Non-Member Team Fee of $5 the first season you play on a NetRippers team. We hope you’ll like us enough to return as a NetRipper member!

For one reason or another, I may have difficulties paying dues. Are there ways the club can help me out?

Absolutely! In no way do we want costs to be prohibitive from one being a NetRipper. If costs are truly a factor, please contact our Treasurer Justin treasurer@netrippers.org to discuss alternative solutions in lieu of payment.
